Installation and Onboarding
Schedule an installation date and time with a FeedComp technician by calling Support during regular business hours or email us at [email protected].
Maintenance
- Non-urgent Issues: Email [email protected] and include the following details: farm name, contact name, a summary of the issue, and screenshots of the issue or question.
- Urgent issues: Call 559-686-4996. Support is available around the clock for critical issues. The technician may require information to access remote tools like AnyDesk or WhatsApp during the call.
