use feedcomp reports to review feeding history, monitor errors, track ingredient usage, and analyze feed performance across your dairy these reports help you verify completed feedings, identify trends, and spot issues that may impact accuracy, cost, or efficiency feed history report use the feed history report to view historical information and other relevant details for your feedings, including missed amounts, feeder names, aborts, and acknowledge amounts ⚠️ known issue offline sync may cause missing or incomplete loads in feed history report we are currently investigating an issue where feedings completed in offline mode may not immediately appear in web reports for the current date after syncing, even if they show up correctly in the previous day's history what this means for you if you sync a device and today’s report still shows a load as "missing" or "incomplete," check the feeding history for the previous day to confirm the data was received status our engineering team is working on a fix to ensure reports update correctly across all dates regardless of when the sync occurs 💡 tip check the "reset time" gap if you completed loads offline yesterday but didn't sync until after your farm's "reset time" docid\ k7bplws19ef7rfsddyitx (e g , 1 00 am), those loads might not appear on today's dashboard immediately after syncing before troubleshooting a "missing" load go to reports > feeding history check the date the feeding actually occurred if the data is there, your load is safe! the web dashboard may just need additional time to reconcile the offline data with
