⚠️ important do not lock your device while using feedcomp keep the app running on the screen at all times while actively feeding avoid closing the app or opening other apps while feeding locking your device while feedcomp is running will cause it to stop working properly when you lock your device, feedcomp is moved to the background, which causes data sync failures loading and dropping data may not sync correctly, and updates can be missed bluetooth disconnections features like loader view require an active bluetooth connection between the loader and mixer devices locking the screen disrupts this connection loss of real time status you will not see critical status messages (such as "scanning," "connecting," or "connected") or disconnect alerts android devices (phones and tablets) 🗒️ note steps may vary slightly depending on your device manufacturer (e g , samsung, zebra, or google pixel) open the settings app scroll down and tap security (on some devices, this may be labeled lock screen or security & privacy) tap screen lock enter your current pin, pattern, or password to confirm your identity select none or swipe none removes all security; the screen will open immediately when you press the power button swipe removes the passcode but requires you to swipe the screen to reach the home screen confirm that you want to remove the device protection if prompted ios devices (iphone and ipad) launch the settings app scroll down and tap face id & passcode (or touch id & passcode depending on your model) enter your current passcode scroll down and tap turn passcode off a confirmation prompt displays; tap turn off again you may be asked to enter your apple id password to confirm the change
