This year, we’re excited to be celebrating 40 years of innovating dairy herd management through our flagship product, DairyComp. At times, it can be hard to believe just how much herd management software like DairyComp has transformed the way dairy farmers manage their herds. From hand-written 4×6 paper notecards and breeding wheels to today’s rapid mobile cowside entry, accessible data from the palm of your hand and insights that allow you to benchmark performance, innovation has brought data and information to the heart of dairies.
In 1983, we set out to redefine how dairy farmers maintain records with the first installation of DairyComp in Tulare, California. Since then, we’ve worked closely with farmers, consultants and industry experts to empower data-driven management decisions for healthier herds and greater profitability all over the world.
Generations of dairy farmers have trusted DairyComp as the program for managing their herds, and through enhancements to DairyComp and investments in cloud-based infrastructure, today, more than 15 million animals are managed through our multi-faceted platform.
Evolving with the industry
