Answer: If you refresh Pocket CowCard from DairyComp 305 and the system finds duplicate EIDs, Pocket CowCard notifies you. Follow the steps below to acknowledge and fix the duplicate EIDs:
Simply click Acknowledge in Pocket CowCard, then fix the duplicate EIDs in DairyComp:
In DairyComp, open the Server Configuration screen by entering SERVER/3in the command line.
- At the bottom of the Server Configuration screen, click Check for Duplicates:
