One of the most common reasons users encounter an error when trying to run the DairyComp updater is that the computer does not have JAVA installed on it.
Java must be available on the same machine as DairyComp to support installation and periodic web updates. To install Java, navigate to www.java.com and follow the options to download and install Java for free.
If you are still not able to update DairyComp after installing/updating JAVA, please contact VAS Support.
