Mobile solutions let you access worklists and enter data cow-side. Common uses include:

Types of Mobile Solutions

Pocket CowCard (PCC):

The original mobile device solution.

Communicates with a DairyComp Server or DairyComp Client (wi-fi required).

Available only with Android devices.

Pairs with an RFID reader (wand) for scanning cows.

Allows for Expert Batch entries (all cows get the same entry).

DC on Mobile:

Communicates with VAS PULSE Platform.

Available with Android and iOS devices.

VAS PULSE Platform is required.

Pairs with an RFID reader (wand) for scanning cows.

Recommended Hardware

Current recommended devices change over time as new Android and iOS updates are released, and as older versions are no longer supported. Before buying a new device, it's important to reference the current recommended specifications.
