Prize: 2025 FeedComp subscription and a Scale-Tec POINT Scale Indicator will be given away for each day of the World Dairy Expo tradeshow (four (4) prizes total)  

Duration: September 30 at 9:00 AM CT – October 3 at 5:00 PM CT, 2023 (duration of the WDE tradeshow)

Rules of Engagement:

• Fill out the entry form in the VAS booth during the operating hours of the World Dairy Expo Tradeshow.

Terms and Conditions:

Must be 18 years old or older to enter and win.

Entrants must enter in person in the VAS Booth at the World Dairy Expo Tradeshow to be eligible to win prize.

One (1) entry per person.

Entries must be made by October 3, 2025, at 4:59 PM CST. After this date and time no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.

VAS employees and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate in the contests.

Prize is non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be traded or negotiated for cash or additional prizes.

Additional Information:

By entering the WDE FeedComp Promo (“Promo”), an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enter this giveaway or sweepstakes promoted by VAS, there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. However, the prize will only be valid for (1) 2025 FeedComp subscription and a Scale-Tec POINT Scale Indicator and cannot be applied to any other product. 

Winners will be drawn on October 6, 2025 and notified. If winner does not accept prize within 72 hours of notification, they will forfeit their prize. If the prize is forfeited by this original winner, VAS reserves the right to withdraw the prize from them and a new winner will be chosen. The new winner will have 24 hours from the direct message time and date to also claim the prize. If they do not claim the prize within the time frame, the process will continue, and a new winner will be chosen.

Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity and marketing material, as well as their entry. By participating in this sweepstakes or contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Terms and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this sweepstakes or contest.

By participating, entrants hereby release and agree to hold VAS and its affiliates harmless, and each of their directors, employees, officers, and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

VAS has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the promotion, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same individual. Should such attempt be made, VAS reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
