The only people who have access to your data are the ones you allow. You can add or remove access to outside advisors and dairy employees using a simple role-based system.

Hide My Dairy from Public Searches: You can edit the settings for your dairy so that it does not appear in the list when users search for dairies to connect to. Change the **Is Discoverable** setting on the Dairy Settings page to **No, dairy not visible for other users**. See [Settings (Dairy)](docId:9YYrYhgT7vo7uSloj53jm) for instructions.
