<font color="#67854E">**Question**</font>: How do I check whether I have duplicate EIDs in PCC?

<font color="#67854E">**Answer**</font>: If you refresh PCC from DairyComp 305 and the system finds duplicate EIDs, PCC notifies you. Follow the steps below to acknowledge and fix the duplicate EIDs:

Simply click **Acknowledge** in PCC, then fix the duplicate EIDs in DairyComp:

In DairyComp, open the **Server Configuration** screen by entering `SERVER/3`in the command line.

- At the bottom of the Server Configuration screen, click **Check for Duplicates**:

- Check the text file to see the list of duplicate EIDs:
