## Installation and Onboarding

Schedule an installation date and time with a FeedComp technician by calling Support during regular business hours or email us at [fwsupport@vas.com](mailto\:fwsupport@vas.com). 

## Maintenance

- **Non-urgent Issues:** Email [fwsupport@vas.com](mailto\:fwsupport@vas.com) and include the following details: farm name, contact name, a summary of the issue, and screenshots of the issue or question.
- **Urgent issues: **Call 559-686-4996. Support is available around the clock for critical issues. The technician may require information to access remote tools like AnyDesk or WhatsApp during the call.
