While our DC on Mobile  mobile app contains many new features and enhancements, it does not yet support all of the features available in the VAS Platform app. We are also updating PULSE to support DC on Mobile . As a result, some PULSE feature updates may not be applicable to or supported by VAS Platform (v1). To take advantage of these new features, VAS recommends upgrading to DC on Mobile, which you can download from the app store on your mobile device. For more information about the mobile apps VAS currently offers, see [Mobile Apps](docId\:W6rLDb6LBQk8JYoUNI2lo).

Known issues and workarounds for the DC on Mobile mobile app include:

- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> When editing a field in **Animals > Edit Items**, the first typed character may be lost if the text is still highlighted. Tap the field again to clear the highlight before typing.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> If you add an animal that is not needed to a worklist, that animal's details are replaced with dashes (-).
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> If you quickly switch between the To-Do and Done lists, then try opening a worklist, the app may crash. Restart the app, then open the worklist.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> The following known issues related to the new [copy event data from the last animal](docId\:HJmuHF1R1V401Fwoy7b2l) enhancement exist in this version of the app:
  - When copying event data to additional animals, unchecking a copy data box, and saving changes, the unchecked copy data box may remain checked. This is cosmetic only, as the unchecked data will actually not be copied to the next animal if you continue.
  - When copying protocol event data to additional animals and deleting an animal from the event, the copy icon :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/3h8pSJcGUXEi4HGCCYPTA/qlrZIQjBWs66fq1FOgst2_green-settings25x25.png" alt caption size="10" width="200" height="200"} at the top right of the Events screen may remain enabled unexpectedly.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> If you tap animals in grid mode too quickly, the next animal selected may not open. Wait until the previously selected animal closes before selecting the next animal.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> If your iOS device is on operating system version 26.0, you may see a "No permission granted" message when connecting a scanner (even if you have allowed the app to use Bluetooth). You can disregard this message. Devices on other iOS versions are not affected. See [Troubleshoot Scanner Connections](docId\:COTHcJqRaKqvbCCp4SA2q) for help connecting your scanner.
- ~~****~~<font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> When selecting to **Undo** a task on To-Do worklist, the task closes rather than leaving it open with the option to Mark as Done.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> You may notice slower RFID scanning speeds in this release, which we're working to resolve as soon as possible.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> Events with incomplete information may be sent to Platform when you tap `Process All Changes` at the top of a worklist. VAS is working to resolve this issue in a future release, but we recommend always completing all required information when entering events.
- <font color="#99BA4D">~~**WORKROUND**~~</font> If you enter an event on a vet list, undo it, and then attempt to add another event, the vet list changes cannot be processed and sent to PULSE. To avoid this issue, use one of the following workarounds:
  - Use the Events screen to enter the events in the DC on Mobile  app. See [Enter Events](docId\:vnCiqzqeF6752XflopnmC) to learn how.
  - Manually add the event directly in PULSE. See [Enter Events](docId\:vnCiqzqeF6752XflopnmC) to learn how.
  - Use the VAS Platform app to enter vet list events until a hotfix is released for the DC on Mobile  app. See [Create or Edit an Event](docId\:sbvwDLOuWXQ5G1hjQ3doS) to learn how.
- <font color="#99BA4D">~~**WORKROUND**~~</font> In [Events](docId\:vnCiqzqeF6752XflopnmC) or [Tasks](docId\:OUQpn6bZNeFZOZbGfomPV), the **RFID Scanner** toggle may be on when your RFID scanner is **not** actually connected. Close and reopen the app, and then reconnect to the RFID scanner to resolve the issue. See [Connect Your RFID Scanner](docId\:v9i0D_cHJPoXPIb35eWX4) to learn how.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> When you open a newly added worklist for the first time, the app might crash. The app will not crash the next time you open the worklist.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> <font color="#67854E">~~**MYDC ONLY**~~</font> When you process Open Tasks in Online Mode, the app indicates how many animals need to be processed. However, when you process Open Tasks in Offline Mode, the indicator may not be displayed even if animals need to be processed.
- <font color="#99BA4D">~~**WORKROUND**~~</font> If you work with multiple users and/or dairies on the same device, the app may show data for the previously viewed user or dairy. As a general rule, VAS recommends always refreshing herd data after switching to a different user or dairy. See [Refresh Herd Data in Online Mode](docId\:v9i0D_cHJPoXPIb35eWX4) to learn how.
- <font color="#99BA4D">~~**WORKROUND**~~</font> If you turn on **Airplane Mode** on your iOS device, Bluetooth is turned off automatically. You can turn Bluetooth back on in settings, and it will stay on until you turn it off or toggle Airplane Mode off and on again.
- <font color="#99BA4D">~~**WORKROUND**~~</font> If you complete a pen correction for an animal, the app updates today's open worklists and changes the pen information for the animal to the corrected pen. The correction won't apply to yesterday's or older worklists, so you need to refresh your worklists to see the updates. - <font color="#67854E">**Workaround**</font> When adding events from the CowCard or from Worklists, pens may not be filtered to show only the pens defined for the event. Pens are filtered properly when adding events on the [Events](docId\:vnCiqzqeF6752XflopnmC) tab.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> When you select all pens, search for an animal, and **Complete** or **Skip** a task in Open Tasks, a sound may play more than once and the :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/3h8pSJcGUXEi4HGCCYPTA/krx2iy6WEiu-UCH7Px3J9_done-tab25x25.png" alt caption size="10" width="25" height="25"} **Done** tab may display.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> When you **Undo** an animal on the :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/3h8pSJcGUXEi4HGCCYPTA/krx2iy6WEiu-UCH7Px3J9_done-tab25x25.png" alt caption size="10" width="25" height="25"} **Done** tab in Offline Mode, return to the :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/3h8pSJcGUXEi4HGCCYPTA/NTscFLXSEQJvnJPBFQgWn_todo-tab25x25.png" alt caption size="10" width="25" height="25"}**&#x20;To-Do** tab for the worklist, add an event, and tap **Mark as Done**, the button may not change to **Undo**. When this occurs, do not tap **Mark as Done** again, as the animal was actually marked as done and moved to the :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/3h8pSJcGUXEi4HGCCYPTA/krx2iy6WEiu-UCH7Px3J9_done-tab25x25.png" alt caption size="10" width="25" height="25"} **Done** tab. Tapping the button again will cause an error to display.
- <font color="#99BA4D">~~**WORKROUND**~~</font> If you tap :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/3h8pSJcGUXEi4HGCCYPTA/SuEI-OnFR8z0s553WNjTY_refresh-green-on-pale-green20x25.png" alt caption size="10" width="20" height="25"} Refresh Lists at the top of the [Tasks](docId\:OUQpn6bZNeFZOZbGfomPV) screen and navigate away from the screen before all worklists finish downloading, the refresh may fail. Close and reopen the app, and then refresh your worklists again to resolve the issue.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> The date range filter was removed from the [Transaction Log](docId\:f26zCmya_YkvZWIJOiOWN) screen and will return a future release.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> Pen validation changes made in offline mode are not shown in the **Transaction Log** until you are back online and your changes sync to PULSE.
- <font color="#99BA4D">~~**WORKROUND**~~</font> On iOS devices, an unsuccessful pairing error may occur when you attempt connection to an RFID scanner after switching dairies. Close and reopen the app to resolve the issue.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> If you delete an event and then add a new event for an animal, the deleted event is still displayed on the :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/3h8pSJcGUXEi4HGCCYPTA/krx2iy6WEiu-UCH7Px3J9_done-tab25x25.png" alt caption size="10" width="25" height="25"} **Done** tab for the worklist even though it was deleted. When you send your worklist data, the deleted event will not be sent to PULSE.
- <font color="#882255">~~**KNOWN ISSUE**~~</font> When you pick an event from a worklist on an iOS device, harmless duplicate event warnings may be displayed.
