Hardlock/PCCards Replacement Form

This is the Official VAS form for obtaining a replacement from BROKEN, LOST/STOLEN, EXISTING Hardlock/PCCards. Hardlock/PCCards are used to run the programs of Valley Agricultural Software; they are part of the License to use the software. The licensee is required to return any BROKEN, LOST/STOLEN or EXISTING Hardlock/PCCards that are recovered to Valley Agricultural Software as soon as possible. Failure to do so will be considered an attempt at breaking the software license agreement. Hardlock/PCCards must be returned in a padded box by a shipping company that can track and insure the parcel. Examples would be UPS or FedEX.

There are fees for replacement or exchange of Hardlock/PCCards, and the licensee is responsible for these costs.

When returning items back to VAS, all items are REQUIRED to have an RMA issued prior to delivery at our facility.
